Our mid-level managers average over eight years of remediation experience, directing the field operations with a seasoning not seen at most firms.

PRICING PROGRAMS AND RATE STRUCTURE - With a low cost and overhead composition, Alliance has developed a rate schedule that is 30 to 40 percent below our regional and national competitors. Combined with our preference to direct bill non-labor charges, our price typically is well below the standard time and material estimate. Also, we offer a variety of pricing programs including lump sum, unit price (standard work-scopes on a menu-style order form), and cost plus billing options.

REMEDIATION - We understand that No Further Action (NFA) is a goal and a priority for your site, but when a site needs to be remediated, we have all of the necessary skills. Remediation is what we do for a living. The customer's project goal, typically cost effective site closure, is aggressively pursued every step of the way. Alliance managers have designed and installed hundreds of systems, minimizing expense, where possible, through regulatory negotiation of remediation strategy and site closure.

TECHNOLOGY - Alliance has worked with almost every form of standard remediation technology available today. Our clients consider us specialists in dual phase and groundwater extraction, free product recovery, soil-venting, and especially air sparging. We are very familiar with active bioremediation, natural attenuation, and the use of risk assessment in the remediation strategy. We will not be training ourselves on your project. Our job is to tell you what will work on your site, not to push the latest "hot" technology.
